Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns & Exchanges
- We currently do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
- Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Order cancellation within the allowed period
- Non-delivery of product due to our error
- Damaged or defective product reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos)
- In case of damaged or defective items, customers are required to return the product in its original packaging before a refund is processed.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
